Return & Refund Policy

At [Your Brand Name], we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, returns or refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Eligible cases for return or refund
    A return or refund will only apply if:

    • The candle arrives damaged, or

    • The candle has a manufacturing defect that prevents proper burning.

  2. Conditions to request a return

    • The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage or burning issue is required.

    • The product must not have been altered or improperly used.

  3. Return shipping & refund costs

    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any costs associated with the refund process, without exception.

  4. Non-returnable cases
    Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

    • Improper use of the product.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Change of mind, scent, color, or size preferences.

    • Damage occurring after delivery.

    • 5 Resolution

    • Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, Bella Glow reserves the right to offer:

      • A replacement product, or

      • A partial or full refund of the product value excluding shipping costs.
