At Bella Glow, we take great care in packaging our candles to ensure they arrive safely.

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 5–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

  4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

  5. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • Bella Glow is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist you.

  6. Incorrect Shipping Information

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

    • Bella Glow is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
